The terms that apply when you use our website, join our courses or take part in our student community.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Occult Wisdom. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of occultwisdom.in, our course platform (course.occultwisdom.in), our student community (community.occultwisdom.in), live classes, readings, consultations, WhatsApp and social media groups, and all related content and services (together, the “Services”).

The Services are provided by Occult Wisdom, run by its founder, Mrs. Savita Kumari (“Occult Wisdom”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing the Services, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase from us. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Use of the Website

You may use our website for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website or Services at any time, without liability to you.

4. Accounts and Account Security

  • You must give accurate and complete information when creating an account or enrolling in a course, and keep it up to date.
  • Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login details or allow anyone else to use your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that show signs of sharing, misuse or fraudulent activity.

5. Course Enrolment and Access

  • Enrolment is confirmed once your payment has been successfully received on the course platform.
  • Access to courses, recordings and materials is given through course.occultwisdom.in and, where applicable, the student community.
  • The duration of access, the number of live classes and the course format are as described on the course page at the time of purchase.
  • Live class timings may occasionally change. We will try to inform you in advance and, where possible, provide recordings.
  • If you miss a live class, it is your responsibility to catch up using the recordings or materials provided, where available.

6. Payments and Pricing

  • Course fees and prices are shown on the course platform and are payable in advance, unless an instalment option is clearly offered.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card or banking details.
  • Prices, offers and discounts may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already confirmed.
  • If you choose an instalment plan, access to later parts of the course may depend on timely payment of each instalment.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including videos, live class recordings, notes, PDFs, worksheets, images, text, course structure, logos and the Occult Wisdom name and branding, belongs to Occult Wisdom or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the course content for your own learning only. This licence ends if your access ends or you break these Terms.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Share, sell, resell, rent or give away your course access or login details.
  • Copy, download (unless downloading is clearly allowed), record, screenshot for distribution, reproduce or publish any course content.
  • Record live classes, or share recordings, without our written permission.
  • Use our content to create or teach your own course or product.
  • Upload or share anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading or offensive.
  • Harass, threaten or disrespect other students, the mentor or our team.
  • Try to hack, disrupt or interfere with the security or working of the Services.
  • Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Breaking these rules may lead to immediate suspension or removal of access without a refund, and we may take legal action where appropriate.

9. Community Rules

Our student community at community.occultwisdom.in and our WhatsApp and Facebook groups are spaces for respectful learning. By joining, you agree to:

  • Treat every member with kindness and respect.
  • Keep discussions related to learning and the course.
  • Protect the privacy of others and never share another member's personal information, readings or messages outside the group.
  • Not post spam, advertisements or self-promotion without permission.
  • Not offer paid services to other members inside the community without permission.

We may remove posts or members who break these rules.

10. Readings and Consultations

Readings and consultations are offered for spiritual guidance and self-reflection only, as explained in our Disclaimer. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

11. Certificates

Students who complete a course may receive a digital certificate of completion. The certificate recognises completion of an Occult Wisdom course. It is not a government licence, degree or professional accreditation. We may withhold or cancel a certificate if these Terms have been broken.

12. No Guarantee of Results

We teach with care and aim to give you practical knowledge. However, we do not guarantee any particular result, income, clients, bookings or business success from our courses, readings or other Services. Your results depend on your own effort, practice and circumstances.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
  • Occult Wisdom and Mrs. Savita Kumari will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of income, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific course or service in question.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Occult Wisdom and Mrs. Savita Kumari from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, misuse the Services, or act in a way that harms other students, our team or our business. In such cases, fees paid are not refundable. You may stop using the Services at any time.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
