1. Introduction
This Disclaimer applies to occultwisdom.in, our course platform (course.occultwisdom.in), our student community (community.occultwisdom.in), live classes, readings, consultations, WhatsApp and social media groups, and all other content and services offered by Occult Wisdom, run by its founder, Mrs. Savita Kumari (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Disclaimer and agree to it. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Educational and Spiritual Nature of Our Services
Tarot, numerology and the spiritual guidance offered by Occult Wisdom are educational and spiritual practices. Our courses, classes, readings, articles, videos and posts are intended for learning, self-reflection, personal growth and general guidance only.
Tarot and numerology are tools for exploring patterns, possibilities and perspectives. They are not scientifically proven methods of predicting the future, and they should be understood as such.
3. Not Medical, Legal, Financial or Psychological Advice
Nothing provided through the Services is, or should be treated as, professional advice of any kind, including:
- Medical advice: we do not diagnose, treat or cure any physical illness or condition.
- Mental health or psychological advice: our guidance is not therapy or counselling and is not a substitute for a qualified mental health professional.
- Legal advice: we do not advise on legal rights, disputes or proceedings.
- Financial or investment advice: we do not advise on investments, trading, loans, property or business finance.
Always consult a qualified doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser or other appropriate professional for such matters. Never stop, delay or ignore professional advice or treatment because of anything you have read, heard or learned through the Services.
If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, event or outcome from a reading, course, class or guidance session. Any interpretation offered is a perspective, not a certainty.
Life events depend on many factors, including your own choices and actions and circumstances outside anyone's control. No statement made through the Services should be understood as a guaranteed prediction.
5. Personal Responsibility
You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions and their results, including decisions about your health, relationships, career, education, legal matters and finances.
We encourage you to use Tarot and numerology as tools for reflection alongside your own judgement and, for important decisions, appropriate professional advice. Occult Wisdom is not responsible for any decision you make based on the Services.
6. Course Completion, Certification and Earnings
Our courses are designed to help you learn Tarot and related subjects. However:
- Completing a course or receiving a certificate does not guarantee income, clients, bookings or business success.
- A certificate from Occult Wisdom recognises completion of our course. It is not a government licence, degree or professional accreditation.
- Any success you achieve depends on your own effort, practice, skill, ethics, communication and circumstances.
- Any examples of students' progress are illustrations, not promises of what you will achieve.
If you choose to offer Tarot or numerology services to others, you are responsible for practising ethically, following applicable laws and managing your own business.
7. Testimonials
Testimonials and feedback shared on our website or social media reflect the real, individual experiences of specific students. They are not typical results and do not guarantee that you will have the same experience. Every person's learning journey is different.
8. Readings and Consultations
Readings and consultations are given in good faith, based on the practitioner's knowledge and interpretation at that time. Different readers may interpret the same cards or numbers differently.
Readings are not given for, and must not be relied on for, medical, legal, financial or pregnancy-related decisions, or to make judgements about the intentions of other people.
9. Accuracy of Information
We try to keep the information on our website and in our courses accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties about its completeness, accuracy or suitability for any purpose. Course details, schedules and fees may change; the course platform always shows the current information.
10. Community and User Content
Opinions, advice and interpretations shared by other members in the student community or group chats are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Occult Wisdom. We are not responsible for content posted by members, although we may remove content that breaks our community rules.
11. External Links and Third-Party Platforms
The Services may link to, or be delivered through, third-party websites and platforms, including our course and community platform providers, WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube and payment gateways. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Occult Wisdom and Mrs. Savita Kumari shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services, including any decision made or action taken on the basis of a reading, class or course content.
13. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Disclaimer.
